Helen Graves, broker for Family Realty LLC, has been successful in the real estate industry for over 15 years as an investor, property manager and builder. Helen is a member of the Knoxville Association of Realtors and has worked with various real estate agencies in Anderson County.

Helen began her professional career by serving her country in the U.S. Army in the early 80's. Following her military service, she pursued a career as a Registered Nurse, graduating from St. Mary's School of Nursing in 1986. Following graduation she focused on Emergency Room nursing at St. Mary's Knoxville where she worked in staff and management roles for several years. That experience led her into marketing and management for other healthcare facilities.

After years of maintaining dual careers in real estate and nursing, Helen turned her full attention to serving the real estate needs of the people of Campbell County. Eventually she formed Family Realty LLC with her sister and fellow Realtor® N. Marie Ayers.

Contact Marie

Marie is a Campbell county native and a 1990 graduate of Campbell County High School. She began her professional career completing the Masters of Accountancy program at the University of Tennessee Knoxville in 1996 and is a practicing Certified Public Accountant (CPA). Prior to opening her own accounting firm, Marie worked with Pricewaterhouse Coopers, LLP (currently the largest accounting firm in the world) and later worked with Pilot Corporation.

Marie's husband, Codey Ayers, is owner/operator of Ridge Heating and Air. After the birth of their son Jonathan in 2000, she left corporate accounting to more easily fulfill her role as mother. After devoting her attention to the family, Marie purchased a property to begin her own CPA practice. She concentrated mainly on small individual and small business income tax.

In addition to a career in accounting, Marie proved herself a successful real estate investor and property manager over a 10 year period of owning multiple single family homes and commercial properties in the Campbell County area which lead her to becoming a licensed Realtor®.

Tracy Lobertini is an active member of the community with one daughter, two dogs and a cat.  Tracy works primarily as a designated listing agent with a focus on residential properties and lots / acreage.

Dedication and a commitment to provide the best possible service to the public, her customers and clients as well as to her peers, drives Tracy to keep current with market conditions and changes.

Regina Savage is an Affiliate Broker with Family Realty LLC and a member of the Knoxville Association of Realtors.  Regina is a Campbell County native, current resident, Campbell County High School graduate of 1978 and a proud mother of her daughter Amy.

Regina joined the “Family” in June 2006 after graduating from TRECs Real Estate School and receiving her real restate license. Before starting a career in real estate, she was co-founder and owner of Savage Custom Construction Company in Lake City. There she was responsible for various aspects of the residential construction phases from 1985 to 2005. Prior to founding the construction company, she worked as a Civil Drafter for Koppers Land Company and Kenwill, Inc.

Contact Nicole

Helen Graves and Marie Ayers welcomed Nicole Young to their family in April 2006 when Nicole and her husband Jason, an electrician, moved to Tennessee from Michigan.

Nicole started working as an office assistant and recently passed her Affiliate Broker exam in January 2007. Nicole purchased her first home through Family Realty, LLC and couldn’t be happier. “The experience of home buying can be frightening and stressful, but should be rewarding also. Anyone can tell you to trust these women, but I’ve been on the purchasing side and I wouldn’t put my trust in anyone else.”

Nicole is a 1999 graduate from Flat Rock High School in Flat Rock, Michigan where she was born and raised. She worked as a Certified Dental Assistant for two years and an administrative assistant in a GM dealership for six years before deciding to call East Tennessee home.
